Go for the throat...

We went to San Antonio on a conference visit in 2017. There are some photos that will be added to this section. 

 On the last day, we decided to go to The Pearl Brewery District. 

 We had dinner at Southerleigh Fine Food and Brewery. The waiter talked us into trying the fried snapper throats, and they were insanely delicious. We ended the night with jazz music and negronis.
